Coach Lilah, a Long island native, has been instructing both figure skaters and hockey players of all ages for the past 18 years. As former Program Director at the Port Washington Skating Academy, Lilah enjoyed running the skating school and developing young Long Island Edge travel players, helping them enter the ranks of competitive hockey. Now dedicated to working with the Lady Islanders and coaching girls hockey, growing players for this game is an exciting new focus. A former figure skater, Lilah plays defense for several women’s hockey teams in addition to teaching and coaching. Aside from ice skating experience, Lilah is a Registered Nurse, experienced as a behavioral therapist for children with autism, holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Hofstra University, and is Mom to two young hockey players.
