MaryAnn started playing hockey about 15 years ago. She played on the Waves until her junior year of high school, when she then moved to play with the Rebels until her senior year of high school. MaryAnn also played on her Boys high school team sophomore year, and junior year. She then attended SUNY Cortland, where she played all for years 2001-2005. She was the Captain her junior year. MaryAnn has had the pleasure of coaching at New York State hockey camps at Plattsburgh for 4 years and has also coached the Junior National Development Camp in Morrisville 3 years. MaryAnn has helped coached one season with the Waves for the 12 and under team and currently plays with the EC Raiders, and has been there for 3 years where they played in the National Championships at the B level. MaryAnn currently works as a teacher for emotionally disturbed children in Queens, and just completed her Masters for Early Childhood/Special Education.
